Personal, Family, and Household Clients:
Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, if you are a California resident and your business relationship with us is primarily for personal, family, or household purposes, you have the right to request information about our potential disclosure of your personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. To request this, please send an email to the designated address below with “Request for California Privacy Information” in the subject line. You can make this request once per calendar year. If applicable, we will provide a list of the categories of personal information shared with third parties for their direct marketing purposes in the previous year, along with the names and addresses of those third parties. Please note that not all forms of personal information sharing are subject to the requirements of Section 1798.83.
